During our 8-day cruise we will be offering a number of educational seminars and classes taught by the industry's top coffee professionals. A full list of classes and speakers will be available soon so keep checking back.

These classes will cover many aspects of coffee and the specialty coffee industry. Classes may include, cupping and tasting seminars, espresso and coffee knowledge workshops, classes for existing and start-up coffee retailers, tea and other unique beverages, and much more. There will also be time to spend one on one with industry lumineries and consultants to discuss your business.

Coffee Cruise II will include the following educational classes:

Cupping & Tasting Central and South American Coffee Lecture and panel discussion, followed by hands-on cupping.

Cutting-Edge Retail Coffee A panel of industry experts discusses changes in the industry, followed by a Q & A session. A must to stay ahead of the competition.

Cold Drinks - What's hot and what’s cold A panel of experts from major syrup and powder companies will teach you how your blender can drag more dollars to your bottom line.

Daily Morning Coffee Klatch Meet your coffee friends each morning for coffee and pastries, sampling a different coffee each day.

What it Takes to be Successful in Specialty Coffee in 2007 A multiple-speaker presentation on hiring and training employees, operational procedures, menu and more.
